I have a red spot inside my foreskin for over a couple of months now. I have gotten tested and my std came back negative. I dont have any bledding nor does it hurt, sometimes its itchy or swollen after sex or masturbation.
Because of the location it is often difficult for distressed skin to heal. I know you are saying there is a spot at the location - but what follows is for the skin I can see that is distressed and not healing - I am not sure if it is this you are referring to … ?
There are a few things you can put in place: you need to get the area nice and clean, so this is the entire foreskin and the head of your penis - try to minimise contact with soap and any other form of body wash.
After urinating ensure your Meatus - the pee-hole itself - is dried using a piece of toilet or paper tissue, use a few drops of water if need be, and fully dry with tissues or a towel ONLY you use if you can.
When you shower keep the head of your penis fully covered and wash and rinse everywhere else first.
Then expose the head of your penis and wash with the warm - never HOT - running shower water. Pay careful attention to the area where the damage is, dry everywhere else on your penis first, then with a dry part of a towel dab the area where the damaged skin is to ensure you completely remove ANY moisture, as this can be part of the problem. Again, you should ONLY be using towels that you can use.
What you can also try is a very small amount of antiseptic cream that promotes healing of cuts and grazes of the skin - get the smallest amount possible on a finger tip and apply to where the distressed skin is and carefully rub it in if you can.
What you may have is a tiny spot, this simply may be a skin imperfection - what you need to promote is the healing of the skin surrounding the area using what I have detailed and see whether the spot will heal as well.
The principle is with STD issues is you would not get a single spot
