hi so im 20 i am sexually active and i noticed this pimple like thing on my penis and i popped it and what came out was a little white hard "puss ball"? but it stinks kinda bad is this something i should worry about what could it be please help thank you

it looks like it was probably a pimple or an infected hair follicle. herpes never has puss in it so you can rule that out. is there any other bumps? pain? itching?
no it was just the one bump and its not itchy or anything and i feel no pain from it as well
Apply a tiny drop of undiluted liquid antiseptic directly to this with the tip of a finger, 3 times daily for 3 to 4 days should sort it - but apply the antiseptic at least onece daily until it is completely healed
