Hi, I have a problem on my penis head for a couple of months. It started by a red spot and sometimes it did peel or became a bit bigger.
I also add white crumbles, and strange smell.
I saw Dermatologist and she recommended me a Cortizone cream that does help to remove the redness and comes back after some time or masturbation.
I also did not use the cream for two weeks as recommended twice a day, but rather stopped after two days seeing the red dot was gone.
I also heard that my ex girlfriend after adding a IUD got a yeast infection and then I thought I had a yeast infection so I asked for pills against it from my dermatologist and it did help for some time until masturbation again?
I also did a blood test and was negative on Syphylis and Herpes.
I’m also using now a shower gel against yeast infection and it did help for some time until friction of masturbation.
Mostly, the symptom about yeast are gone like the smell, white crumbles or peeling but the red spot comes back especially after masturbation and can eventually go away if I stop or put the Cortizone cream.
Do you guys have any recommendation or advices or know what this is and what I should do?

Did you tell the Dermatologist that you didn’t use the cream for the full 2 weeks? Always follow their treatment plan since they are trained professionals. No more, no less. It’s possible that could clear it up.
I would try to avoid masturbation during the time when you are using any creams so it doesn’t rub off or cause further irritation. Also make sure the cream is rubbed in.

I have redness that continues to reoccur with sex or masturbation. Abstaining seems to allow the glans to revert to a more normal state.
Hey, wanted to give an update and seek for advices.
It looks like the rash has spread but appears only when not washing for some time ( for ex a few hours after working out), or after masturbation, or in the shower?
I saw another dermato who thinks its balanatis and gave me 2 creams. The rash and red dots disappear while putting the cream but I think come back if I stop or have activity/irritation.
My skin (I am not circumcized) not on the penis got irritated a few times and became very itchy. This went away after putting the cream in a day or 2.
And obviously when I go to the dermato, its never that bad, sometimes clear.
