Red spot under retracted foreskin

Hi all! So I'm having a bit of a predicament at the moment. Yesterday evening after taking my shower and drying my glans i noticed this red spot under my retracted foreskin. It doesn't itch and there is no other discomfort with it.

I am assuming that i was too rough in pulling my foreskin back while cleaning it. there are some visible veins around the spot that have always been there, hence why i think it may be a burst blood vessel. i should note that for the last few months ive been on a sort of foreskin journey in getting it stretched so that it can become fully retracted. prior to this i lived with mild phimosis for years and am happy that at least when flaccid i can pull it back enough to wash. i also need to add that im not sexually active, nor have i ever been other than masturbation, so whatever this red spot is cannot be sexually transmitted. this has been racking my brain all bight and would appreciate any input.

i forgot to add that the spot is not raised. looks and feels flat when i rub my finger over it. and when i wash i never use any soap; just warm water.

What you need is to get the distressed / damaged skin to heal. Get some antiseptic skin cream and apply 2 or 3 times a day until the damaged and surrounding skin is fully healed.
If you are doing stretches for your foreskin, or even simply masturbate - give these a rest until the skin is fully healed.
If you feel you are not really making any progress with stretching your foreskin I can help you further with this. Get the skin healed first then get back to me by updating your Forum Post here …
