It could be worm eggs, or it could be an infection, its hard to tell. Either way i think you should assume worms and check treatment for worms, and then if that doesnt work then its an infection. Not all infections are itchy or painful. Try antibacterial gel on the spots. If they cause itching then its a form of parasite.
