I had unprotected sex with a girl which I’ve known for a long time, it all seemed fine but the night after my penis head started itching and when I checked it, it was covered in red spots, smelled bad and it was swole a bit, what could possibly go wrong please help

I’m scared that it could be STD, but she’s clean i’ve asked her and we’ve done oral sex before and everything seemed fine, i’ve felt a little bit of pain when I put it in because she wasn’t probably moisturized, could it be because of that?

It seems to me the most likely explanation that the friction of intercourse with insufficient lubrication would be the cause.

It has swollen a little bit, became red and its really dry, I will post pictures when I come home, I’m really scared

Any tips to slow down the proccess before I go to the doctor ?

I am not an expert....  but it looks like classic balanitis to me as well. it could be a result of a STI, bacteria, yeast or other pathogens that care causing inflammation of your glans. see a doctor so your can figure out the underlying cause. he may put you on either a cream or an antibiotic if confirmed.

Avoid soaps when inflammation is present. You can use a moisturising cream or ointment (an emollient) to clean instead of soap.

Use lukewarm water to clean your penis and then dry gently.

Some people find that salt baths are soothing whilst treatment takes effect.
