Red spots appeared after unprotected sex, is this herpes??

i had unprotected sex and after my penis head burned a bit, and 3/4 days later this red marks started to appear,

then 2 days later my penis head recovered and the red spots skin started to peel but it spreaded a bit to the testicles and its very itchy

im scared that is herpes but a 5 days passed since this appeared and i had no blisters, so i guess it can be something else?
i need your help!

This is a herpes rash especially with the timeline that you presented. Herpes doesn’t always present in blisters and sores, sometimes some people have zero symptoms. If it reappears, I recommend getting swabbed to be sure. If not, in 3-4 months take a HSV1 and HSV2 IGG blood test to confirm. Best of luck to you.
