i was diagnosed with hsv-1 last november and had a pretty bad first outbreak. since then i have been getting on and off prodome symptoms but never ends up in any painful sores or blisters. The symptoms i get are nerve pain down my legs like tingling, itchy vagina and lower back pain. However, I do get these small red spots on my butt that happen to appear during my prodome symptom phase. Usually one spot appears and then goes away a week later and then another one appears. These spots arent painful, they dont itch and im pretty sure they dont blister either. i am just worried and concerned about if they’re a constant herpes outbreak for me and if i am always contagious since i have prodome symptoms all the time. I have read that the symptoms could be related to post herpatic nerve pain but I just want answers. Do these spots look like herpes to you?
they don’t look like herpes at all could just be a rash but def bot herpes the come in cluster according to my research
looks more like butt acne, I believe you’re fine!
