so i been noticing that i have a lot of red spots on my buttocks, im not sure if its acne or herpes, i went to the doctor because i had red spots on penis and doctor said balanitis and i got std check except herpes , if im positive on genital herpes, shoulnt i get infected only on the infected if it was my penis ?File size is too big
