Red spots on head of penis

These spots are naturally present on the head of the penis, only, most of the time we do not notice then until they become irritated. The problem is often telling what the source of the irritation is: often we have to start with the things that the sensitive skin on the head of the penis is in most contact with.

Other potentials are: If you happen to use condoms that is a potential source of the irritation, if you do unprotected vaginal your GF could have a slight yeast / fungal infection.
Often the only thing to do is to ‘go back to basics’ and try to remove or deal with any potential source of irritation. So, this includes keeping soap and shower gel and other body wash form getting on the head and inner-foreskin - wash your penis with water only then make sure it is completely dry afterwards - and this includes after sex and masturbation - all fluids must be completely removed from the head of the penis and underneath the foreskin …
