Red spots on inner groin?? Pics included.

I've got red spots on both sides of my inner groin and I'm not sure why?? Not itchy at all. They appear to be dry spots.

Try changing underwear two times a day and maintain good hygien. These could be related to sweat and heat.

It may caused by sweat and heat, and i think i got something similar. 

Do not worry.

Are those spots on your vagina as well? i would keep an eye on them.
