This seems to be a simple irritation. Clean it with water buty NEVER use soap on your penis as it can cause infections. Clean it with running water and clean fingers that gently rub the surface. Let it drip dry or dry with something that doesn't contain bacteria. See if that clears up in 2 weeks if not go get antibiotics

go to the urologist! regular doctor is not a specialist nor is a dermatologist unless urologist refers you to one. at the age of 18 I went to family doctor, urologist then dermatologist by referral. turned out to be vitiligo on the head of my penis.
I am a urologist and they should not have referred you when you were 18 because even a general Dr should know what vitiligo Is. If not they sho in have cultured it and or taken a specimen which would have told them your answer. Doesn't take a specialist to have common medical sense
Thank You for your reply. That was 40 years ago when I first went to a doctor on my own without parents. now I know better to ask questions and question their credentials. some are just pill pushers. If they get offended get a second opinion. That being said my penis head is multicolored. Only once a woman questioned the color and I replied I'm multiracial. as I commented before go to the doctor, or you'll end up like a joke. there was a man who for fear of having an operation on his penis would asked doctors all over the world "is it true that I need an operation on my penis doctor?" he finally came across a doctor that said what he wanted to hear. No, said the doctor, But step on this stool and jump! punch line is it fell off LOL. I used to have foreskin till it got caught on zipper at age 15. I was taught to pull back and wash with warm water and plain soap. no problems there. my son does same way, no fancy soaps with perfumes or shower gels because they'll irritate. if you don't clean it SMEGMA accumulates and P.U. what's that awful smell... 6 days and no change just getting redder should be a red flag.
