red spots on my penis -baking soda

hello lately i get very often the following red spots on my penis Usually they beggin tiny white spots ,break down and make a small red spot ! I thought it was herps and i did a mistake and put some baking soda on my pennis head after google research .... My pennis yesterday night became very red and i have now this red spots ... thank you

its not herpes alot of the time the cause is unknown and down to wateva it is your putting on the penis like soaps and lubricants wat i susggest is u dont put anything at all on it but warm water to wash with

yes i believe its silly also but searching google for herps i found a lot of sites talking about baking soda treatment for herps !
Why are you saying that it isnt herps ?
The red spots at the begging look like tiny pimples with white liquid .
The tiny pimples break down and it gets redish for a few days and then dissapear
