i have noticed theres a few red spots(bumps?) on my penis glans and these are noticeable when erect.
theyre not itchy
they are not clearly seen when not erect.
and i havent had sex

I am in the same boat as you. Exact same spots and everything. It’s been going on for a long time I’d say 6 months to a year. I’ve went to a couple of dermatologists but it’s hard to see when not erect and even weirder to tell your doc that you need to get hard to be able to show what you’re talking about. All the doctor I’ve seen said that it’s just irritation possibly from using soaps, masturbating often, or wearing tight clothing and I was only prescribed a moisturizer. I’ve tried all the advice I got and nothing changed. To be truthful I’m not convinced that it’s just irritation and feel like there’s an actual underlying issue but doctors do not seem to be familiar with it. Even Std’s seem ruled out since they present themselves differently (location and types of sores). I’ve used an app called firstderm where you take a picture of your skin and supposedly some dermatology expert gives you their opinion and I was told it’s fungal balanitis. They suggested I used 1% hydrocortisone cream along with 2% miconazole nitrate ornament twice a day for two weeks and nothing changed either. Those are just my two cents. My penis is still the same and it upsets me just because I tried to get actual help with no results. I think I’m going to try an antibiotic cream next just to see if I get better. But I really suggest that you go see different doctors and get an actual solid opinion. I hope you get better man and please report back here if you can! I would also really like to hear a different opinion

im not sure when i noticed those red spots but i know at least its over a year now
pretty worried about it after masturbating however i havent had sex before so i would say it is not STDs.. still worried tho
kinda relieved you had the same symptom it wasnt only me
havent tried anything you tried but thanks for sharing your experiences that helped me a lot
