so I've been noticing these red spots on my penis head,it doesn't hurt or anything but its there,specially noticeable after masturbation.the other thing is this weird pimple like structure thats present in my foreskin, so its really bothersome, any help ?note: i haven't had any sexual contact

yeah but there has been some itching below the glands and those spot have also been itching a bit the glands have red spots which become visible when erect,
From the pics, i see a whitish deposits on the glans.

Yes on the glans and foreskin both and try to use different fingers for application of oil on glans and penis.
