# Red Spots on penis head - Balantis or something worse?

I have a history of Eczema and only recently have I lost my virginity which was without protection and now I’m freaking out a little bit. My family doctor has been very hard to get in touch with. Hopefully I can get some insight from here.

Hi John. What type of sexual contact did you recently encounter (penetrative and/or oral)? I see that your meatus is slightly irritated. Do you have any pain or discharge from your urethra? Any pain in the glans?

Both penetrative and oral, there is no discharge or pain. Just light itching rarely, and the reddish rash.

It could just be a combination of the eczema and slight skin irritation from the friction during your first sexual experience. Just keep the area clean and dry for a few days and make sure things continue to improve. Overall, penis looks good and healthy.
