I am 45 Male and have these red spots on penis. i have had same sexual partner for over 2 years. The skin seems to be thinner on those areas and more shiny. I have good hygiene. Sensitive only when used, for example after sex or masturbation!

Looks like Balanitis
But I am circumcised and also have good hygiene. of course, i will not rule this out, but seems like I should not have gotten it. My GF is hygienic as well and has no signs of yeast infection since we have been together for over 2 years.
