Red Spots on penis tip, Help

Have the same thing man, and the spots can become a lot more of a blotchy red patch. Any other symptoms or issues down there? Never been able to shift mine, please keep us updated if you see a Dr and get to the bottom of it

Looks like balantis, can be really hard, but persistent washing for 2 week will help run its bacterial course. If it’s still there then see doctor cause it could be fungal.
