Red spots on penis

hello, I'm 27 years old, suffering from atopic dermatitis, mainly on hands and 2 years ago I was diagnosed as having penile psoriasis. few weeks ago I've srarted to notice this patches on my shaft and glans, non painful or itchy at all. I tested negative for all std's

and this redness seems to spread everyday. I've seen a dermatologist that said it looks like scabies, i took the treatment she gave me (permethrin 5%) with no results. what can it be? thanks in advance.[](https://)
