Red Spots on roof of mouth? Every 3 weeks?

For about a year, I have post nasal drip every few days, one a month I get red spots in the roof of the mouth. I feel like it's an infection, I get over it in a matter of days, I start sleeping better and then again it repeats every 3 weeks or so.

Why, what's going on? What do I do? Doctors keep throwing antibiotics at it, they don't care.

Try nasal sprays such a hydrasense. Better seawater with aloe, there are other brands that have the 2 ingredients together.

Have your teeth checked. Any cracked tooth or an old root canal can cause irriation too.
