these appeared last year along with several more on the top. those eventually went away but these remain. any idea what they were/are?

all told a little over a year now. The ones on the top were bigger, and raised like a welt but never any pain or itching. Little bit red there now but pretty much have gone. curious if its something thats going to come back.
