Red swollen dick head and tight grown foreskin

I never could retract my foreskin completely quite easily but over the last 4 months, my foreskin grew and became tight. Initially, I thought it was phimosis. You can check my other discussions. But today, somehow, I was able to retract my foreskin with a little effort and this is what I saw. 

Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.

Please check my previous discussions for more details. I was advised to put some cream to help cure the swelling. So I applied a cream which is a combination of the antiseptic boric acid, the astringent and sunscreen zinc oxide, and the emollient lanolin

Dude. I posted about this like a few days ago. I had THE EXACT SYMPTOMS as you. You're having an allergic reaction to the cream and its developing a bacterial infection. Stop using the cream immediately. And go get antibiotics or else those red spots will blister. AND THAT WILL BECOME PAINFUL.

I waited and mine blisters. Anyways I'm on antibiotics now and the swelling and red is going away. 3 more days till treatment is finished for me.
