Red/white spots recurring on penis head

Hey guys, been wanting to ask for some advice for a while. So I'll give some context first. Im 22, in good health and sexually active. Back when I was 16 and had sex fpr for the first time with my ex, after a few times I got a rash on my penis head. It was painless, non itchy red spots on my penis. I was scared so I told my dad who's a doctor and he gave me some cream and after a few days it cleared up and it was done (both me and my ex were virgins so it wasn't a big worry about an STD or anything. The problem disappeared for a long time until last year when I slept with a girl (no condom) and after a few days I got the red spots again. Same principle, no pain, they're not blisters or wounds, just red spots. This time I was abroad so I didnt get cream but after a week or so, they went away. Recently I started dating my current girlfriend and in the last 3 months they've appeared 2-3 times. What ive noticed (if it gives some context) is that they tend to happen when there's less lubrication involved. Idk if its just been a coincidence, but when we have sex and its less wet or lubricated you can kinda feel it (right guys?). Plus I've always had a pretty tight foreskin since I was a kid. What happens is they appear... Sometimes they're slightly itchy, but thats it, no pain, no liquid coming out... They stay for a few days, then they start turning a bit white and then they either peal off or just go away.. I've attached a photo from my latest rash a few days ago. Can someone give me some advice? Is it because of the non lubricated sex and tight foreskin that I get some friction wounds? Or some yeast infection? Or could it be something more serious?

Any opinions would be appreciated!

Usually what you are describing is linked to yeast / fungal infections - certainly the normal friction inherent with sex or masturbation will make the symptoms of an infection worse.
The photo you have posted in not clear enough to show anything that is present - try uploading a photo taken in bright daylight much nearer to the head area of your penis.
You can do foreskin stretches to help with your tight foreskin …

I have something that looks a bit similar. before, I had quite a scary when little pimple like dots appeared on my penis head. I was quite scared and went to the doctors to get me tested on everything for STDs. they did a little swob test on the areas that had the spots and drew blood from me as well. Thankfully when I went back to get my results the doctor said everything went perfectly fine. Today i just noticed another pimple like spot on my penis head that is white and seems quite similar to yours. I havent been sexually active so their isnt a way for me to gotten infected in some way but im still a bit concerned.
