Yesterday I noticed an unusual darker spot on the head of my penis. It has a shiny appearance and is more moist than the rest of the surrounding skin. It is not painful and does not itch. It almost resembles a ringworm. I applied some anti-fungal cream last night, and now it is a little whiteish in appearance. Any ideas what this could be?
