redish spots Anything to be worried about?

Hello, could someone tell if i should be worried about this? seems to happen every now an then when ive been having a lot of unprotected sex then goes away again after several days i went to the clinic once an they said it was thrust which looked quite similar. any help would be good thanks,

can you describe your symptoms? pain, swelling, rash, blisters, itching, etc? your glans looks reddish, but hard to tell based on pictures / lighting.

First of all lare you wise in the head having unprotected sex do you not know HIV and all the other STD's are on the increase by near 50%. If you have any sense you will use a condom or trust Me you are going to end up with something serious, Just start to think what if you catch HIV what will you do then it's no laughing matter mate cover it up or don't use it.

No pain or itching at all just the reddish dots an usually disappears after about 5 days

Thanks for the reply when I mean lots of unprotected sex its with the same girl for a while an always get us both checked before hand

any reddness / rash around the glans  (head as well)? 

does your partner have a yeast infection or chronic yest infections by chance?
