I am struggling with this for 2 years or more, i had phimosis, i worked with steroid cream and then i had a frenuloplasty. Phimosis was solved but then my GP and me thought i had balanitis, i tried antifungal creams, i thought it was working, after applying cream it would be fine for a few days but each time after masturbation or sex my glans would become very sensitive and red. Five weeks ago i had a circumcision surgery because i thought it would solve all my problems finally after almost three years. But even now after five weeks, after i come out of shower or after masturbation my glans is still very sensitive and sometimes extremely red. When the redness goes away i see little red dots on my glans. I never had unprotected sex. I need to mention i do have troubles with eczema on my face and sometimes hair or years. Has anyone an idea about what the issue might be? I am struggling with this problems for a while now, i just want it fixed....
the only thing i could suggest is a trip to a dermatologist i have something similar with the scalp, face and penis head, but i am only using a mild steroid cream and that seems to keep it under control
Which steroid cream are you using if i may ask? I also have eczema on my scalp and face, i get it treated with betamethasone. Now i received Daktacort for my glans as the doctor thought it might be eczema but still no help...
its called dermaid. it only has a .5 percent cortisone
