Do you only do penetrative vaginal or do you do anal as well? The most likely cause is that you are getting a yeast / fungal or bacterial infection from your GF, particularly if what you do includes anal, receiving oral can also cause problems like this as it is also common for simple infections to exist in the mouth.
It may be an idea for you to go along to a Sexual Health Service to get this sorted …
