last time i had sex was a month ago and i dont have any type of discharge can this be herpes? i took a urine test everything came back negative

i cant see the small bump and the redness does not stack up with herpes. Get yourself to the clinic, only way to know

no this is not a symptom of hiv. think you will be right.
i dont know your exposure but best to do a blood test for peace of mind.
