So I've noticed this for a couple years. The redness only occurs in these two spots, nowhere else. It seems typical for a week or so out of every 2 months to get back to normal skin tone and flares back up. Any kind of lotion seems to have little to no affect. Even gave Abreva a try for a week, only slightly reduced redness. NEVER blisters, sometimes very lightly scabs over (like super thin dead skin layer, not like open wound type of scab). Not a serious pain, but tender and avoid as much as possible during masturbation.

Someone posted something similar to this quite recently - although yours is more distinct than what he had. If I remember right, although he had contacted several different Medical Professionals, none could tell him what it was. If I further remember it right, I think it was something as unusual as Desitin (typically used for nappy rash) that actually took away his issue. This is something you could try - or you could ask to speak to one of the more experienced / senior pharmacists at one of the larger Chemists / Drug Stores in your area …
