have this red area on the inside of my lower gums. had a couple checkups with dentists recently for another issue but this area was never mentioned or really noticed despite the dentists looking around my mouth. it looks the same on both sides shape wise but the right looks way more red and pronounced (first picture) . terrfied its erythroplakia or cancer. of course i will see my dentist but any opinions would be appreciated
