Unusual amount of redness with some irritation in my penis. I've run the gamut with STI tests, multiple times, and it's been fully negative each time. I have noticed a bit of extra sensitivity/redness in testicles and perineum, as well, moreso after ejaculation.
It's been a hot summer and I was riding my bike a lot, but stopping that hasn't really done much. I wonder if it could be yeast/fungal, but efforts of using creams and the like haven't been super promising thusfar (I have kind of been on and off them, though).
use the creams for at least a week …its balantitis
