What could this be? I'm so scare of cancer... its been about 3 weeks since appeared and it hasn't healed and every time I masturbate it turns red with a little sore, any ideas?

it doesn’t always hurt, its like a friction wound sometimes hurts when I pee, after washing the glans or after masturbation but basically everything is fine when I pee, months ago the glans was very sticky, with some white stuff, though what worries me right now is that part which its only de half of the tip, that is red, I’ve waited 2 weeks with no masturbation but today, after masturbation I noticed that this would its not healing

Do you feel any post ejaculatory pain/ burning?
Or any pelvic pain/ pain in scrotal region?
Right now it seems like urethra has swollen/ inflamed. It could be due to many possible reasons including stds/ urine infection/ prostate infection.

Please visit a doc if you dont have any pelvic/ scrotal pain, it will be resolved within days
