Redness of penis for past 10 months (rash , tight foreskin ) after unprotected sex

Hi All,

I had unprotected sex with a colleague of mine last year sep 11th and had unusual discharge, red rash on penis after three weeks. I consulted a andrologist did all the sti panel tests .. results came negative except for herpes . I repeated the test after 2 months of the exposure and everything came negative.. even herpes test . Attached the images , please see if you can help what can be this rash … Is it herpes or any sti?

Thanks in advance.. I am so worried and disturbed kindly help. All the doctors say I am normal … but still I get this red rash which fades away after a while and comes back

the pictures are blurry can you take one from farther out? it doesnt look like herpes from what j can see. are they painful at all? when they go away do they turn into blisters?

Hopefully if this helps … not at all painful but slightly itchy in tight clothes … no they dont turn to blisters … but I see some redness on glans … I am not circumcised
let me know if this picture will do ..

id say its probably some sort of rash, its deff not herpes

Do you think if it’s an STI or a skin condition? I gave urine culture recently which found Klebsiella Oxytoca and no gonnerhea or chaladmiya is found
