I have this redness on my glans, ive used multiple soaps over the last few months to no avail. many lotions, anti fungal/ bacterial and steroid creams. it doesn’t hurt or produce anything. im just very tired of having it and i find it quite off putting. Any professional or person who has dealt with this successfully i would love your advice on what to do.

When your penile skin is like this the essential is to stop ALL contact with soaps and ANY form of body wash such as shower gel - if the steroid cream was strong enough to deal with what you have going on it would have sorted it. This means that you were either not using it correctly (which is very easy to do) or there is something preventing the healing process.
