Redness on meatus after ejaculation

I'm worry and this is driving me crazy. it's the redness around the urinary meatus after ejaculation. sometimes I see my urine bright yellow. I did a test urinalysis and lab reported everything normal.

I can not say it is permanent just after ejaculation along with watery semen but I have already took antibiotics for others issues which cover clamydia and gonorrhoea if im not wrong.
