Please help i'm honestly desperate and out of ideas.
My penis glans have changed and the whole genial area feels dry, warm and just uncomfortable. So many weird symptoms like need to pee more, looser stools, sore anus and red blotchy rashes, dry scrotum. Hurts or uncomfortable to masturbate.
All from receipt of oral sex. 100% all changed from this night. Getting in to 18 months ago.
Seen so many health care professionals 2 Urologists, 1 x gastro, Seen one GUM doc 3 times and then another 2 x GUM docs and spoken to a couple more plus sent pics to them, seen a derm and also 3 different GPs. Nobody knows.
Problem is only really visible when erect so they cant see it. I have shown plenty of pics.
Had so many tests all sti and full blood counts, diabetic tests, Hepatitis a, b, c, urine tests and more and repeated. Positive only for HSV1, i have read so much on this topic and have never had coldsores, but 50%-70% of the world have it and dont get symptoms so cant pin it down on this for sure. I kissed/slept with a number of people in my past.
Doctors say glans are in the 'normal' range and herpes does not last with constant symptoms. Plus acyclovir not worked. I cant look past it though.
Tried lots of cream, fungal, steroid etc tried doxycycline for 4 weeks, tried flucanzole for 1 week, tried erythmcyclin for 2 weeks, tried antivirals, acyclovir for 3 weeks, high dosage. All with no joy. Currently exploring pregablin for nerve irritation, no joy 3 weeks in.
As you can see ive done all i can and cost time and money and effecting my happiness.
This all happened from one foolish encounter, not been with anyone for years before this. So can literally tell you the date it changed.
Input really would be welcome.
