A few weeks ago, my penis started getting red and itchy. I had recently had sex, so I went in for an STD test. The STD test results came back negative (for the diseases they checked for) but they said that they did find some bacteria.
I went to a urologist. He didn’t seem to think it was anything too serious (I guess he’s seen it all anyway) and prescribed some cream (betamethasone valerate, I think). However, it just doesn’t seem to be going away. What also bothers me apart from the redness/itchiness is that my veins seem to be standing out a lot on my penis. Like, they’re more visible than usual?
It’s New Year now, so it’s hard to see another doctor now, but I’ll probably go again next year. In the meantime, do you have any advice for me?
