Redness on Penis

Hi! I had sex with a girl one month ago and we didn’t use condom. since then, red spots appear on my penis every week and then disappear within 1-2 days and then they reappear again. it does not itch, it does not peel, it does not exude, it does not stink. does anyone have any idea what this might be? what could be done about it?
