I recently noticed some redness around the tip of my penis, and what seemed to be a lump forming on the inside of the left of my urethra, I have had unprotected sex with a girl that has genital warts but unsure if this looks like genital warts or any other STI. I have been looking on other forums and saw some similar things but none showed the whiteness on the inside like i have attached. If anyone could help me try figure out if this need urgent medical treatment as the current coronavirus situation is preventing me from going. Thanks.
