Hi, i've got those little spots and I'm not sexually active. i got no symptoms whatsoever and i'm kinda afraid to see my doctor, can you guys tell me what it is ?

It's hard to offer advice without a pic, but it could just be balanitis. If it is, then taking a leak and washing (just with water, no soap or shower gel) after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream if it doesn't go away by itself.
