Reduced 10 KG in 2.5 months

The tips are really helpful and I am able to reduce 10 KG by means of diet alone.I feel weight reduction is not a rocket technology anybody can do it successfully the only thing should keep in mind is you are determined to do and donot bother about others.

It's really awesome to see people succeed in their weight loss goals, and if you lost that much weigh just by dieting, think about how many kilograms could you have lost if you would have worked out and tried to stay in figure?

I don't think I need to lose as much as 10 kilos but if you did that by diet alone, I'd love to know how you did it so that I could lose the weight I need/want to lose.
