Just wondered if it would be ok for me to have reflexology after my bunion removal as i am suffering with my planter fasitciitis and would try anything to be pain free
As long as you're incisions are closed I'd think you'd be fine. I got a total body massage last week. It felt wonderful, especially my feet!

I'd agree with Kaliana, maybe ask your doc too. Also deep massaging helps dissolve scar tissue, pain & swelling. My experience with plantar facsiitis was totally relieved with acupressure, I swear by it. Happy healing to you pf is so painful, I know the feeling! ;-)
