I have recently had a Gastroscopy and am waiting for Biosy results. Am on medication but am really suffering at night with heartburn. Have a wedge under mattress and am not going to bed on a full stomach.
What about drinking at night does this make it worse?
Hi I am no expert but I have read nothing to eat for 3 hours before bed
and nothing to drink for 2 hours before bed. Others on the forum may
be able to tell you what they do. Do you take anything at night before
bed like Gaviscon advance?
Yes I take Gaviscon advance.I wake up roughly every 2/3 hours so am very tired next day. I also take Gaviscon if nessasary during the night.
