I have been told I have costo and I know how scary it can be I even went privately to have a heart echo scan done and was told my heart was fine . the thing is I cant take antiinflamatory meds as I have got a stomach ulcer so was wondering if anyone could tell me what I could take apart from the pain meds
I cant take them either. My doc told me to take 2000 mg of Tumeric a day. I take it in pill form but the spice is a good thing too.

Calcium Orotate. I dealt with the same thing. I too have an ulcer and the pain meds tore my stomach up but for 2 years I tried everything until I stumbled into studies that Calcium Orotate cures costo and tietze. I've been taking it for 2 months and I'm cured. Believe me. It works. It's the only thing that works.

No problem. I couldn't pick up anything heavy or else I would get that nagging pain and shortness of breath because when it was inflamed it would push against my lung. Ever since I took calcoum orotate, I don't have that problem anymore.
