Hi every one my name is Julian I'm a 26 male from Michigan I have had this for about a week it's horrible I do admit that I need to know if any have a solution to fix this bug I take omega fix oils also and at nite I rub a ice pack across my left chest and left shoulder and center back rite where your shoulder blades meet my pain is more of a tight heavy feeling the ice helps relieve some of the tenderness to my back n heavy Ness I hope this goes away if you guys have any suggestions on comfort at night for sleeping please tell me thanks
I delt with chest pain and middle back tightness/tenderness for months. I finally found a dr who told me it's not costoconditis but it's ribs out of place from the chiropractor I was seeing for a pulled muscle have you seen a chiropractor or have had any back injurys?
I advised using OLBAS Oil to cool and ease the pain it's wonderful you need to order on amazon I'm in uk I believe it's called New Leaf in US from a homeopath store but try Walmart in the aisle selling head pills etc hope this helps don't use heat try chiropractor for aquapuncture as well I'm 85percent better using these things hope you get better soon no heavy lifting twisting or stretching either
no not at all I was diagnosed with this from my from the ER I went to the ER 3 times they did blood work xray and ekg wasn't the heart so they diagnosed me with cost
Thanks for the info I'll look into rite away
They told me costocondritis in ER too because all my test were negative. Now months later its the ribs. If it really is costocondritis a good tumeric supplement will help Alot!
I'm now into my 3 wk with this horrid horrid condition. I do Olbas Oil a few times per day..and ice packs. . Anti inflammatory tabs 3 x day..turmeric as well in my juices. At night I take Panadoll Night Pain.
..I just hope I won't have this heaviness and pain between my Scapula for ever. Its crazy debilitating. .Hate it...
