Hello to you all. I am following this forum daily and can empathise with you all. I am around 7 months plus in now and very frozen. However, I have DEFINATELY gotten some relief from the pain with a TENS machine. It doesn't alter the stiffness but I've been using it for about 10 days now and it HAS HELPED. Please please try one. I have been demented with pain and I would not recommend this lightly. We're all suffering so much. X
I'm sorry you've been dealing with the pain for 7 months. I find it very interesting you get reliefe from a TENS machine. I actually own one, and will be giving it a try. I think I'll take it with me to my PT appointment this week and have the therapist show me exactly where I should place the pads.
Thanks for your information Teresa. I have never heard about a TENS machine before and I have had my frozen shoulder for a year now even with physiotherapy and steroid injections which was of no help whatsoever to me. I will investigate and thanks again and wish you success on your own recovery.
Thank you.
