After 8 months of misery I finally have relief. My doctor at U of M put me on Prednisone, 40 MG a date for 5 days then 20 MG for 10 days. I also take 1 Allegra in the morning, a Prilosec at noon and 1 Claritin at night. Ask your doctor about these. I have eliminated sugar and diet soda from my diet also. Wear only 100% cotton panties. I buy the wide banded one from Dillards for $5 pair. I do not wear jeans or tight pants and sleep without panties. I use only Johnsons baby wash and shampoo and no fabric softener when washing my panties. I am fused but no itching.

I use Clob, and the fusing still occurs even with no flare-ups. My Gyn recommended that I use Clob more often.

Clobetasol which is a potent steroid and fusing us when the skin of the vaginal area adheres to itself. There is a forum here called "An experiment with Borax" that I would encourage you and everyone to read. A lot of very good information from other woman that are dealing with LS.
