I exposed to a std on May'14, which is not able to identify till today.

Case Description:

I exposed to a call girl, where my condom broke off from tip, after 20 days May'14, I got: 

1. Yellow Discharge 

2. Crusted/ Bumps on penis head which looks like cracks in the skin

3. Itching & burning in urethra & bladder, penis tip/ Rash

4. Some twists like feeling in lower abdomen (sensation in urethra)

A. Dermatologist Suggest following test: HIV, HSV 2 IGG, HSV 2 IGM, Urine culture, Prostate test 

Result: All came negative

B. After the 1'st month treatment of June'14, my white crusted bumps gone away & never came back but still too much burning & itching, sometimes discharge.

C. After receiving treatment at the end July'14, Discharge completely gone, still burning and itching, inflammation in urethra, penis head; also in my lower abdomen i feel bloating/ paining.

D. In August'14, my doc started giving me val-acyclovir with few other Antibiotics, I feel better. Till Sep’14 medicine continues..

E. Next Visit to Doc Oct’14. After the entire treatment Results: I have no discharge at all now, sometimes i feel good no itching & burning but again it started. Now the main problem of mine is I feel bladder burning which continues in my urethral pipe till penis tip.

F. Again I tested for HSV 2 IGG Feb’15. Result: Negative

 

Now I left all the treatment still I am not get rid of all that urethral burning/ itching every time...

I am thinking to go for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea, Syphilis test, but don’t know the test name…

 

Can You Please Help me on this???

If u go to the GUM clinic and just ask for a blood test for syphillis, HIV etc. They will do it there on then for u

Sounds like herpes. Because it is a new exposure, it takes time for your body to build antibodies to viral infections such as HIV or HVS. My blood test came back negative during my primary ob too. 3 months later I tested again and cane back positive for hsv 2. Ypu need to go back. If you had sores present when you saw the doctor, I cannot understand for the life of me why he didn't swab you for herpes. I'm disgusted w the ignorance of the medical community. I really am.

You said you tested for HSV 2 a second time. Did you receive oral sex from her? They should have tested you for both hsv 1 and 2 a second time.

He gave you valtrex, because he believes it to be herpes and that's why it helped.

As i already mentioned in my Case it's a complete 1 Year now, still I am negitive for HSV2. both in IGG & IGM.

I dont have a liquid sore like Herpes also, In previous year twice these white crusted sports came all over the tip and healed in two/three days.

Now my main problem of Burning, Its like hell, everytime there is a burning in my urethra and penis tip..

I've not tested for Chlamaydia or Syphilis yet..

You never said if you were tested for HSV 1 and if she gave you oral sex?

The pic where you opened your urethane, on the bottom inside, is that an ulcer or what is that discoloration?

 I did not perform any oral..... Have you checked the pic.. Left one pic is in the begning of exposure

The pic you are talking about is of feb..... I dont know what it is... but its burning and inflamed urethra..every time

What do you think, Why there is burning every time, and everytime my penis head is dry and dirt in foreskin, whenever i try to remove those dirt by rubbing it irritates and inflamed after few minutes

Hey, I already mention in the  discussion that "NO ORAL"

 No when touching in entire area is not the painfull.. Only Inflamation and Irritation everytime of Urethra and bladder.

Have yoy seen my pic of first exposure one with the blister one.. 

Pls lets have a descriptive discussion instead of two liners..

Are you referring to the pic on the left, w what looks like tiny blisters?

Did you got get tested for chlamydia and gonnareah?I still think you need to be tested for those two and you need to be tested for HSV 1. It's not as common to transfer hsv 1 genital to genital, but it happens. I don't know if anything else that causes blisters, other than herpes and has the symptoms you do. Do you know what your numeric values were for your herpes test?

No Dr Recommended me to the test, istead of that they treat me on doxcyline for a week.

1. What is the exact test name for chlamydia &  gonnareah which is easily practice in worldwide like; Blood test Or Urine test, so i get it done

2. My question is HSV1 occurs in mouth, I dont have any symptom of that & I didnt perform any kind oral.

3. Yes I know my herpese value:- HSV2 IGG- 3 ..both times..
