Around two months ago, i had unprotected ORAL SEX (received and gave).
Several days after the ORAL sex,
* my foreskin and head of the penis started to itch wildly,
* I developed burning sensation inside the tip of the penis (in urethra),
* Smegma (cottage cheese-like mass under foreskin) started building up actively,
* I had urge to urinate frequently. Before the urination the burning pain was particularly prevalent but would temporarily go away During urination.
I waited out 2 weeks and as a result of strict hygiene itching, as well as Smegma formation subsided. Mild and annoying burning pain returns after masturbation or sometimes without a reason and persists day or two.
I visited doctor and Tests for Chlamydia, Syphilis and gonorrhea, as well as HIV did not detect anything.
Lastly, recently i observed red spots (rush) on the tip of the Penis along some mid Smegma formation - balanitis ? (PHOTOS included) -The rush comes and goes every couple of days. The cream against the yeast infection did not help with pain.
Any guess what it could be?
