Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you may (or may not ) have Graves disease. , Ask for an antibodies test for this disease. Apparently.... Hashimoto's usually occurs with underactive thyroid and Graves with overactive thyroid .A doctor recently told me this. The whole thing about thyroid is a minefield. MY main answer is exercise combined with what ever medication you need. I have found that exercising seems to alter my levels, but i believe it does help the body help itself. That is just my experience and feeling. Who knows ?
I dont have any symptom of Grave disease
